Make sure to:

  • Verify your identity through the KYC process.

  • Configure your Kaiterra Sensedge Mini by following the Kaiterra official guides.


STEP 1

In order to connect the sensor with the Ambios Network, you need:

  • The sensor UDID (this is the same sensor code used to import your device in the Kaiterra Dashboard).

The API Key (you can find this in the Kaiterra Dashboard):

Navigation:
User section → Account settings → API keys → Generate API Key

⚠️ Note: You only need to generate one API Key for all the Sensedge Minis you wish to connect to the Ambios Network.


STEP 2

Log in or sign up for the Ambios Onboarding App for Android or iOS with your credentials.

⚠️ Note: Make sure to sign in with the email address used to purchase your license; otherwise, it will not be displayed in the app.

1. Press the top-right “+” icon to show all devices.

2. Select the Sensedge Mini device.

3. A new page will appear, showing two input boxes:

  • In the “Insert sensor ID” box, paste the UDID of your Kaiterra Sensedge Mini sensor.
    Format: `xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx`
    ⚠️ Make sure to copy and paste the code without spaces.

  • In the “Insert your token” box, paste the API Key from your account.

4. Click on “Proceed”.

5. You will be prompted to “Set sensor location”:

  • Enter your address.

  • Drag the map to precisely mark the location of the device.

  • Confirm by clicking “Set location”.

6. Double-check your details in the “Summary” window, then click “Proceed”.


STEP 3

A window confirming the license association will appear, and you’ll be redirected to the app’s home page.

To see your Sensedge Mini:

  1. Click on the “Indoor” tab.

  2. Select your device

‼️ Note: If a ⚠️ red warning sign appears near your device icon, follow the instructions to resolve the issue and ensure the activation process is successfully completed.

‼️ The sensor rewards are sent once a day in your “My Wallet” section of the Ambios Network website, based on the total number of eligible streams that your device has sent to our Network the previous day from 00:00 CET to 24:00 CET.


Sensedge Mini Troubleshooting

If your Sensedge Mini is not sending data to the Ambios Network:

1. Check the Kaiterra Dashboard:

  • See if a ⚠️ yellow triangle appears near your sensor UDID. If so, double-check your sensor configuration and Internet connection.

 Verify your API Key:

  • Ensure the API Key has not been deleted or changed.

  • If it has, delete all API Keys and generate a new one.

  • Submit a ticket under the “Kaiterra Sensedge Mini” form and provide the new API Key.

3. Ensure you have completed the KYC process.

  • If not, you can complete it in your My Account section in the private area of the Ambios Network website or in the AmbiOn App Settings -> Profile -> My verification status

4. Ensure that you have used the Troubleshooting Tool in your My Account section to check that all the requirements are successfully completed
